Cletus has more than 28 years of experience proudly serving the Willmar Lakes Area through the practice of law.
He has been certified as a Real Estate Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association since 2000 and is an expert in real property from farmland to commercial and residential property.
Cletus graduated magna cum laude from Cleveland State University-Marshall College of Law, in Cleveland, OH.
He is Licensed in Minnesota and Ohio.
Clete's focus areas are real estate and closings, family law, business law, estate planning, probate and civil litigation.
Chris graduated from Ohio Northern University-Pettit College of Law in 2015, where he earned a Tax Certificate along with his Juris Doctorate degree.
He also received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint Cloud State University in 2009.
Chris clerked for our firm during law school; interned with the Juvenile, Family, and Probate Court of Marion, Ohio in 2014; and accompanied his law school to Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam in 2014 and 2015 to study law, culture, and genocide in Southeast Asia.
Chris’ focus areas are business, estate and tax planning, real estate, probate and general civil litigation.

OUR VISION
Frank Law Office, P.A. is made up of two attorneys, Cletus and Christopher Frank, father and son, and two staff assistants, Julie Laughlin and Lindsey Elliott, all of whom were raised in the Willmar and Southwest Minnesota region. We are here to serve the Willmar Lakes Area in the most competent and thorough way possible. We seek not only to work in the Willmar area, but to serve and take part in the community as it grows.
